  1. komunikace - nástroj manažera komunikační bariéry a chyby verbální a neverbální komunikace konflikt - definice, postoje. cyklus a příčiny konfliktu styly řešení konfliktu. techniky řešení konfliktů. schopnost předjímat vznik konfliktu druhy a typy konfliktů eliminace osobních pocitů při řešení konfliktu techniky řešení konfliktů a jejich nácvik typologie svízelných lidí a její využití při řešení konfliktu zvládání agresivity a sebeovládání prezentace - základní pravidla jak připravit sebe i svou prezentaci struktura prezentace zvládnutí trémy analýza publika technika řeči aktivizace posluchačů vlastní prezentace a její rozbor asertivita manipulativní chování pasivní chování
