Learning outcomes of the course unit

Based on the knowledge the student should be able to navigate the legal system of administrative law, organizational structure, governance and use legal means to influence decision-making processes and administrative bodies, and even in the field of construction.

Prerequisites

This subject orientation link up to basic knowledge of law from BC study of study programme Civil Engineering.

2.The definition and characteristics of basic concepts of administrative law (standards, sources, bodies of administrative law)
3.Organization, competence of public administration
4.The organization and competence of state administration
5.The scope of government authorities
6.Organization and competence of local government
7.Competence of the municipal authorities
8.Administrative delicts (criminal jurisdiction of administrative bodies)
9.Administrative conduct(definition, nature and principles of administrative procedural law)
10. Administrative proceedings (start, pause and stop the administrative proceedings)
11.Publication of decision (decision, settlement, resolution and specific decision)
12.Review of administrative decisions and execution
13.Judicial review of administrative decisions

The aim of this course is to equip students with basic theoretical knowledge in the field of administrative law to give them their application to practical cases of practice.
