1. Introduction to the topic, sources of law, relation between public and private law.
2. Public construction law, Building Act and its implementing regulations.
3. Private construction law, types of construction contracts.
4. Rights in rem - possession, ownership, co-ownership.
5. Rights in rem - right of superficies, easements.
6. Land Registry.
7. Conception of water management policy of the Czech Ministry of Agriculture.
8. 1998/83/ES and 2000/60/ES directives of the European Parliament and Council.
9. Water act, purpose, basic terminology, water management.
10. The condition of surface and ground water, water planning.
11. Protection of water conditions and water sources, accidents, flood prevention and flood authorities.
12. Water courses, water works, fees.
13. Act on water supply and sewage systems.
