Introduction of importance and mission of national administration in territorial planning, building code and water management.
Introduction of scope of water management rights and water management legislation.

Authorization to water use and construction authorization, orientation in the Waters Act and Regulation No. 432/2001. 4. An application for authorization to water use and building applications. 5. Procuration in the matter of representation by the water proceedings. 6. The application for authorization to discharge wastewater into surface waters – applying water authority.
