FSI-YKSAcad. year: 2020/2021
The drawing of still life is a suitable method for developing the skills of drawing. Students are guided to capture the combination of shapes, sizes, colors, materials and textures of the overall composition in a perspective view, according to the physical model. They proceed from the elementary schematic drawing, which forms the basic structure of the work, to the realistic depiction of the displayed composition. This is supported by a detailed depiction of the lights, shading and shadows, allowing the illustration of volume and shape of each of the elements of the composition.
