Course detail
Anatomy and morphology
CESA-SANMAcad. year: 2020/2021
The fundamentals of anatomy are designed as a supporting morphological discipline with clinical remarks for all types of bachelor study, some chapters are explained in more detail - e.g. the musculoskeletal system for physiotherapists, the digestive system for the nutrition industry, etc. models).
The basics of histology should provide a brief and comprehensive picture of microscopic and submicroscopic structure of cells, tissues and organs. This knowledge is necessary to understand the basic regulatory mechanisms in the human body and to understand the function of each organ.

Learning outcomes of the course unit
- describe the human organism and its structure at the macro- and microscopic level, including basic physiological aspects,
- apply these knowledge in different clinical disciplines, taking into account the possibilities of specialized bioengineering within organ and systemic structures.
By presenting the individual work and the final exam, the acquired knowledge and ability to understand and describe the given problems are verified.
