Semestral Thesis

Introduction of individual technical elaboration, which student chose from the assignment proposals on departments of SEE field. Topic is specified in compliance with applicable regulations and study, may be part of the future thesis. In case of successful defense of the project, it can continue as a final thesis.

The graduate is able to:
- independently develop a technical project,
- write a technical report for the project.

Graduating specialist compulsatory and optional courses in which the student will acquire knowledge of defined focus of technical project.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Techning methods include consultations with supervisor. Students have to write a single project/assignment during the course and defend it at the end of semester.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Evaluation is the final elaboration of a given problem. The condition for the successful completion of the course is to gain at least 50 points in the evaluation of submitted project.

Aims

The aim of the subject is to elaborate an introduction part of studen's individual technical project the theme of which is chosen from the offer of branch depatments.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

The work of the student on the project is checked in frame of regular individual consultations with the supervisor.
