The aim of this course is to provide a broad overview of the Czech Republic to help students to understand Czech environment, history, culture and economic conditions.

Students will be made familiar with the modern history of the Czech Republic,economic and cultural development.They will master basic skills of the Czech Republic.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Presentation of teamwork.

Students will form international teams of up to 4 members and present a topic that is part of the course. They will receive the topic at the 1st lecture.

For the purposes of classification, the standard continuous point-system is used, in compliance with the ECTS scale.
