Aims
The main objective of the course is to provide students with the theoretical background necessary for designing and managing business processes. To do this, it is necessary to understand the nature of process management and to master the BPMN2 modeling language. Furthermore, students must understand what deficiencies in process control can occur and how they can be eliminated. They also need to understand the links between line management and process management and to identify ways of collision management - escalation.
