The aim of the course is to introduce students to selected issues of business relations with an international element, legal regulation of international business transactions, dispute resolution, competition regulation, corporate law and legal regulation in relation to consumer protection.

No credit is given.The examination is written. The written examination consists of closed questions. The ISP conditions are the same. Knowledge of the material covered is tested. Classification is carried out in accordance with the directive of the Faculty of Business at the BUT. A minimum of 50% of the points is required to pass the examination. Participation in the examination is compulsory.
