The content of the course is to introduce students to the field of public law. Students will be gradually introduced to the different branches of public law, namely constitutional, criminal, administrative, construction, trade and tax law, including their interrelations.

No credit is given.The examination is in the form of a written test. The test consists of closed questions. Knowledge of the material covered is tested. Classification is carried out in accordance with the directive of the Faculty of Business at the BUT. A minimum of 50% of the points is required to pass the examination. Participation in the examination is compulsory.

Aims
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the systematics and individual branches of public law. Students will be gradually introduced to the basic institutes of constitutional, criminal and administrative law, including misdemeanour law, building law and tax regulations. Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to navigate these branches and solve basic problems.
