Construction Realization

FAST-BWA004Acad. year: 2021/2022

The subject deals with preparation and manner of construction of buildings and building complexes. It is a complex process involving investment intention, its technical preparation, economic calculations, building permit procedure, building technology preparation and the resulting phase – the construction realisation. The subject dealing with a structure and coordination of preparation, partial and stage building processes into a complete and sophisticated system the result of which is a completed construction building or their assembly, i.e. construction.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

By mastering the objectives of the Realization of Constructions course the students will understand the construction process in its full complexity. The course will teach them to understand the pre-production, erection and user processes from the point of view of all common parties in the construction procedure. An integral part of the course objectives is to acquire knowledge in the area of legislation, time planning, site plants, financial requirements and safety rules.
