System MicroStation description, elements and their attributes. Working environment, work with views and layers. Entering commands, creating and setting of new drawing - working units and grid. Drawing basic elements - line and plane elements. Selection modes - selection according to the attributes and using the fence. Change the attributes of the element. Manipulation and modification of elements. Texts and text styles. Work with libraries of cells, creating and inserting of the cells. Dimensioning and dimension styles. Vector and raster reference drawings. Hatching and filling pattern. Measurements. Work with MDL aplications MGEO and GROMA. Attribute and topological control of the drawing. Web map services.

Syllabus

1. Environment MicroStation, work with views and layers. Attributes of the elements, their definitions. 2. The active and reference drawing. Creating and setting of new drawing - seed file, working units, grid. Measure the distance and angle. 3. Drawing of line elements with pre-defined attributes. Drawing plane elements, their fill. 4. The selection of the elements according to the attributes, according to fence. Manipulation with selected elements and their modifications, changing their attributes. 5. Vectoration over the raster reference drawing. 6. Import points using the upgrade for Groma and the Mgeo. Drawing special-purpose maps. WMS. 7. Characteristics of the text, creating text styles, methods of inserting text into a drawing, text editing. 8. Cell properties, inserting cells from a library of cells into a drawing, hatching, the creation of new cells. 9. Characteristics of the dimensions, creating dimension styles, liner and angular dimensioning. Attribute and topological control of the drawing. 10. Credit test. Check the examples for the credit.
