1. Introduction, the term “quality” in systems of quality management (“SQM”), history of the SQM.
2. Standards EN ISO 9000 and continuing – overview.
3. Certification according to the standards ISO 9000, accrediting system in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. Legislation of the EU in the area of responsibility for the product.
4. Methods of the implementation of quality management systems.
5. Documentation management as a basic element of the SQM.
6. Duties of the management in the SQM according to the EN ISO 9001 in the building firm. The application of principles “the orientation on customers”, “the process outlook” in the building firm.
7. Sources management in the SQM according to the EN ISO 9001
