BIM in civil engineering

The teaching itself is designed for the design of line structures. Central to this is the work to create a digital terrain model, on which the overall project is based. The proposal itself consists of several steps that need to be taken. First, a directional line is created - a route. Subsequently, it is possible to make a proposal for the height guidance of the route - level. From the knowledge of the width arrangement, it is possible to create a template of a typical section and then have the cross sections calculated at given interval points. An integral part is also the design of the road tilt. These steps are essential for the final completion of the project and the creation of the corridor - 3D model.
