Syllabus

1. Introduction to BIM technology and the basic principles for the creation of 3D-model of a building. 2. Conceptual modeling. 3–4. Creating volume studies, including price estimates of the cost, depending on the area of volume. 5–6. Expanding knowledge about the system and their families editing. 7. Creation of documentation containing existing renovated building, demolition and new state using the phases of the project. 8. Materials - use of materials for display, editing of existing materials, reporting materials. 9. Description of coordination and teamwork more people on one project and model. 10. Work with energy analysis. 11–12. Introduction to MEP modeling. 13. Practical examples and recommendations for the creation of BIM model.
