Learning outcomes of the course unit

After successful passing of the course the students are able to operate and practically apply the available SW tools for construction preparation and erection, i.e. to elaborate a concept of itemized budget and bill of quantities; to draw, match and optimise a detailed time schedule of the building; to elaborate and optimise the diagrams of resources consumption and to make their balances for more projects.

Prerequisites

Excellent knowledge of common construction processes, at least some knowledge of special techniques and technologies, knowledge and understanding of project documentation and its content.

Co-requisites
