The total extent of the professional experience is 120 hours. Before commencing the experience a contract on professional experience must be concluded with the entity in which they will work.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

In professional experience the student has the chance to verify their theoretical knowledge gained in by solving specific assignments in enterprises. On completion of the experience there will be a linking of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The student gains practical skills that will help them to succeed in the jobs market.

Prerequisites

The experience is linked to all the studied specialised courses (especially in the fields of tax, accounting, law and economics).

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.
Professional practice serves to deepen the knowledge and skills acquired through study and verification their application in practice also serves to update knowledge and familiarity with the methods of work especially in institutions outside the university.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Credit is awarded for the proper preparation of the Report, including the Certificate of Professional Practice. Submission of both documents - according to the information of the course guarantor in the course news.

Course curriculum

Cílem předmětu je ověřit znalosti získané studiem v praxi, ověřit dovednosti řešit problémy ve vybrané oblasti finančního řízení, navrhovat vhodná řešení a komunikovat je v rámci pracovnío týmu.

Praxe navazuje na všechny studované odborné předměty (zvláště z oblasti daní, účetnictví, práva a ekonomie).

Odborná praxe je vykonávána v celkovém rozsahu 120 hodin (tj. Odborná praxe 1 a Odborná praxe 2). Před zahájením praxe musí být se subjektem, ve kterém student praxi vykoná, uzavřena o odborné praxi smlouva. Po ukončení odborné praxe odevzdává student Závěrečnou zprávu z praxe, jejíž součástí je Potvrzení o vykonané praxi (potvrzuje subjekt, kde byla praxe vykonána).

Aims

The course objective is to verify in practice knowledge gained in their studies, to verify the problem-solving skills in the selected area of financial management, propose appropriate solutions and communicate as part of a working team.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Student’s placement in the organization may be inspected by the tutor who can contact the responsible person.
