The aim of the course is to provide theoretic, operational and organizational and management categories, concepts, models and management techniques, terminology and methodology of incomes, transformation and output items of product process. The course provides the knowledge of techniques of utilization of available resources in a dynamically evolving conditions of a market relations and ways of rational use of human factors in production. The subject provides knowledge How to use linkages of engineering and production process for realization changes by acquiring of required outputs and efficiency in terms of strategy, tactics and surgery.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
Credit obtains a student of compulsory participation in laboratory exercises and mandatory participation in a tour in the production of industrial organization.
The exam is written and oral. The written exam consists of a separate decision on the subject as well as the use of mathematical functions. Its length is 50 minutes. Oral exam verifies the classification result and refines it.
The student received the classification grade E, must demonstrate knowledge and decision-theoretic approaches eg. Oral supplementation.
Participation in consultations is desirable, underlines the student's interest in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills, in the form of questions during consultations.

Introduction to the study of production management - content of knowledge, requirements for the conclusion of the study of the subject by examination.
The essence and goals of production management. The position of production processes in the business management system. Creating added value for the customer. Lean manufacturing process.
2nd consultation
Strategic management of production processes based on PLM (Product Lifecycle management) .. Project of strategic management of the production process. Tactical and operational management of production processes
3rd consultation
Ensuring the production processes of the resource. Production preparation (engineering) and its efficiency. Preparation of the production process [production batches, norms of inventories of work in progress]. Performance evaluation. Economics of production processes and products.

Calculation of the capacity balance for the workplace and the production section at the given production task and the conditions of the production process. Ensuring the production processes of the source to the fluidity of the production process. Time links of product production (orders) and production of a complex product.
