The course will provide students with an insight into the issue of reverse logistics and the interconnection of its sub-activities with a link to the business activities of the company. Emphasis will be placed especially on the process of value creation for the customer.

Students should be familiar with relationships in the corporate environment with an emphasis on business economics, sales and marketing activities, and logistics.
Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
The course ends with a classified credit. In order to be awarded classified credit, the student must complete the assigned project and successfully pass the credit test. Through the credit test, the student demonstrates the acquired theoretical knowledge and its application. For the evaluation of the work during the semester, the following system of points is considered: (1) preparation of a team project 25 pts; (2) presentation 10 pts; (3) opposition of the project 10 pts; (4) activity in the exercises 5 pts.A total of 50 points can be obtained for the exercises and the student must obtain at least 50% of this number. In order to be awarded credit, the student must pass a credit test, where he/she can obtain 50 pts.
Attendance at lectures is not required. Attendance at tutorials is controlled by personal presentation directly by the teacher. Sub-assigned work (seminar, team, individual) will be checked according to the criteria given. Make-up for missed and properly excused absences is in the form of a new make-up assignment and its evaluation according to the criteria for awarding credit.
Aims
The aim of the course is to introduce students to reverse logistics and its sub-activities in relation to the business activities of the company in creating value for customers. Students will gain a basic overview of the reverse logistics activities used and their application in the corporate environment with the aim of creating long-term business relationships (with emphasis on business activities).After completing the course, students will be able to orient themselves in the issues of reverse logistics in relation to business and business processes in the company in the specification of the different phases of the product life cycle.
