Law system of the Czech state, its development and place in the world context, as a part of "European Law". The Constitution of the Czech Republic. Distribution of power in the state. Legislative power, executive power, judicial power. Fundamental human rights. Overview of all options and ways of doing business. Conduct of business by natural and legal entities under Civil and Commercial Codes and Trade Act. Conduct of business based on authorisation. Employment relations, requisites of employment contract. Administrative offenses.
