Working with a total station, GNSS, and other geodetic instruments, work with geodetic programs, knowledge and basic skills from the field of thematic, topographic, technical, and cadastral mapping and creation of geometric plans.

Credit from the course Mapping 1.

The conditions for completing the course are obtaining credit from the course Mapping 1, participation throughout the course in the field, and correct preparation of the assigned reports. An evaluation is given based on the quality of submitted reports.

The definition of controlled teaching and the method of its implementation are determined by the annually updated decree of the subject guarantor.

Mastering the survey and practice tasks of the real estate cadastre, learning to map a topographically and altimetrically specified location, make a topographical and altimetric map, learn to focus and make basic types of geometric plans within the framework of the real estate cadastre.

A student obtains practical skills and experience in the creation of:

• large-scale topographic map,
• large-scale Street line map,
• digital cadastral map,
• accuracy testing of map creation results,
• point positioning using GNSS technology
• creation of geometric plans.
