The content of this practical is basic mathematical structures. The course gives students the opportunity to supplement their knowledge of mathematics to the level required in the subjects Mathematics I and Mathematics II.

Requirements for credit: Passing control tests and achieving at least 55% points or passing a comprehensive written work and achieving at least 55% points.

Aims
The aim of the course is to enable students to supplement their knowledge of secondary school mathematics to the level required for studying the compulsory subjects Mathematics I and Mathematics II. The graduate of the subject will be able to use the basic tools necessary for quantitative analysis in professional subjects. Furthermore, the student will reliably handle routine operations and calculations, understand basic mathematical concepts and be competent to apply the necessary procedures to solve practical problems in real situations.
