Science Project

The course is devoted to practical experience with the solution of research and development problems under the leading of designated tutor of the Institute. The solved task is a part of some of the research projects, solved by the tutor, who is also responsible to lead and evaluate the sudent's progress. The student can pick this course up after preliminary discussion and consent of the tutor.

General knowledge from the previous study with relation to the solved problem is supposed.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Final evaluation is based on the interview above the written report of the solved problem results.
The work progress is monitored and controlled by the designated tutor.

Aims

To prepare the student for individual solution of partial problems of research and development, connected with some of the research projects of the Institute of solid mechanics, mechatronics and biomechanics.
The students gain skill in the solution of partial research problems, learn to apply gained knowledge in mutual connection and will be motivated to possible continuation of their professional careers in the area of research and development.
