Course detail
FaVU-VK1-LAcad. year: 2024/2025
We understand the acquisition of knowledge about the human figure as a necessary condition for building an individual handwriting and original drawing expression. Thus, the individual expression is not only a reflection of temperament, but also reflects the experience and skills of the students, achieved in the process of training in drawing.
The knowledge acquired in this course provides a basis from which to work in both the liberal and applied arts. Having this foundation also means the possibility of consciously going beyond it or denying it completely. This course will further develop the ability to choose an adequate scale of the depicted object in relation to the format, and the ability to maintain an identical scale of detail of the depicted object in relation to the object as a whole. Includes exercises focusing on mastering body tectonics, proportions and anatomy.
