Solving of Innovative Tasks

1. PM-Project Management. Aplication in study, in practice and in grant systems.
2. TRIZ (TIPS) - Theoria Reshenia Izobretealteskih Zadach (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving). Analysis of the object to be innovated.
3. TRIZ - Synthesis of innovation taks to be solved.
4. Software support of TRIZ methodology.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Innovative project: 50 points.
Final exam: 50 points. 


Independent work: a project dealing with the analysis and synthesis of a well-known object (product) leading to its innovation by a system approach.   

Aims

Transdisciplinary certified methodologies TRIZ, PM and software support of TRIZ (Goldfire Innovator, TechOptimizer) at FEEC is desirable to use to strengthen both the systemic approach to solved technical problems and the creative potential of innovation solvers, increase the adaptability of course graduates.

Aim of the course: To master the methodology of TRIZ (Creation and Solution of Innovation to Inventive Assignments) with its software. support and understand PM (Project Management).

Objective of the course - aims of the course unit: Use of TRIZ and PM in the study of technology and in the innovative practice of companies. 

 
1. Knowledge of the basics of project management (PM).

2. Acquired system approach to the object of innovation, formulation of innovation/invention assignments.

3. Knowledge of the solving part of the TRIZ methodology, solution of innovation/invention assignments.

4. Work with software support of TRIZ methodology
