The course is focused on the basic programs for the calculation of stationary heat conduction in 1D and 2D.In the course of all the exercises students will get acquainted with the basic range of tasks.The acquired knowledge will use the inspirational subjects.Understand the behavior of these structures in stationary heat conduction.

Entry knowledge
Knowledge of the bases of building construction and building physics processes taking place in building structures. Knowledge of computing and software control of MS Office. Basic knowledge of mathematics and physics.

Successful conclusion of the course requiers:- completing exercises with compulsory attendance,- elaboration of all assignments,- granting credit.
Aims
The graduate will get an overview of the basic issues of modeling details. The graduate will be able to:- working with different types of software,- familiarize with basic problems of building physics,- learn to assess building physics problems in 1D and 2D,- assess the touch temperature drop,- establish linear and spot thermal transmittance,- evaluate the simulations performed.
Be able to work with software for thermal engineering calculations.
