The subject deepends the knowledge and understanding of philosophy of quality managementu system according ISO 9001 and of environmental management system according ISO 14001 in construction firm. The student will gain the basic knowledge of safety management according OHSAS 18001.The student get the acquaitance of the priciples of integration of these systems and will learn the basic techniques for implementing IMS in construction firm.

1. Quality Management System as the foundation of an integrated management system (hereinafter 'IMS'), a construction company.
2. The system of environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001 certification.
3. Basic information on the safety management system OHSAS 18001 by construction companies.
4. Links "quality", "environment" and "security" in IMS in a construction company.
5. Management of documentation and records as the basis for an effective integrated system.
6. The responsibilities of management as required by the IMS construction company. Practicing "process approach".
7. Processing of documents for the practical management of "Product Realization" in IMS.
8. Building the environmental system in accordance with environmental legislation and environmental aspects of Czech construction companies.
9. Building a management system of safety and health at work by the relevant legislation
10. Practical procedures for internal audits of IMS, IMS certification.
11. Principles of continuous improvement in IMS. The different effects of different systems.
12. Practical examples of the application of this principle on the basis of measurements and analyzes in building companies.
