Testing and Quality Control

EU and the Czech Republic legislation in terms of product responsibility, the accreditation system in the Czech Republic and EU regulatory basis of the accreditation proces, the Ministry of Transport requirements for building materials, products and construction, seven Basic Tools of Quality, Standards for management systems; Definition of basic concepts concerning management systems; General principles of management systems, quality management in civil engineering production, quality control possibilities and building produce quality guarantee regarding to building produce specification, requirements for test laboratories, statistical Methods in Civil Engineering, assurance of test results quality, the estimation of uncertainty in quantitative testing, proficiency testing programs, design of Experiments (DOE), assessment of production process capability, statistical control, statistical sampling and inspection and test plans, news and interests of construction quality control.

Basic knowledge about building testing methods, basic knowledge in description statistics, basic overview of certified controlling systems in building production.

Aims

Abilities and know–how in the field of controlling, measuring, monitoring, analysing and improving of processes and products in building companies conditions and requirements on accredited building testing laboratories competency.
Subject is conceived as correspond to harmonized scheme of EFQM educating and make the possibility for students to obtain basic skills and knowledge for inner quality auditor grade or quality control consultant.

Abilities and know–how in the field of controlling, measuring, monitoring, analysing and improving of processes and products in building companies conditions.
