Syllabus

1.Introduction to law, sources of law, legal rules, their structure, streaming and activity. 2.Courts scheme and activity of the court before preceedings initiation. 3.Proceeding at the firt stage, legal remedy, execution of judgment. 4.Civil law-basic terms, civil law principles, civil-law relations. 5.Legal act, opposed legal actions, conclusion of contracts. 6.Right of property, tenancy in common, common property of married couples. 7.Right to foreign affairs, right of lien, right to distrain, right of user. 8.Law of obligation, contract of purchase, other contracts. 9.Material criminal law - principles of the criminal responsibility. 10.Activity of the criminal code, crimes, punishments. 11.Procedural criminal law, cognizance, competence, persons concerned in the criminal proceeding. 12.Processes in the criminal proceeding, proceeding in front of the court, related acts. 13.Forensic engineering, discretions and duties of experts.
