Theory of buildings quality

Subject acquaints students with application of monitoring methods, measuring, analysis and improvement of processes and products of building production through quality management methods. Especially deals with progresses, which are required for establishment product correspondence, guarantee system of quality management correspondence, confirmation, if the quality management system satisfy to planned operations and for constantly improving effectiveness of system quality management.

Entry knowledge

At least six semesters of study at the university specialized in civil engineering or economics, basic overview of certified controlling systems, overview of system accordance assessment, overview of quality control tools, basic knowledge in the field of controlling, measuring, monitoring, analysing and improving of formalizing systems auditing in building companies conditions.

Aims

Abilities and know–how in the field of process controlling, using methods for produce effectiveness improvement, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design of Experiment (DOE), Risk Management, EFQM Excellence model, TQM and other tools of successful quality control in building companies conditions.
Subject is conceived as correspond to harmonized scheme of EFQM educating and make the possibility for students to obtain basic skills and knowledge for inner quality auditor grade or quality control consultant.

Most frequently methods of risks analysis (FMEA, HRA, etc.). 7. Quality control management in servicing and complex production servicing. 8. Quality control in building logistics. 9. Quality function deployment (QFD). 10. Design of experiment (DOE). 11. SMJ auditing by ČSN EN ISO 19011. 12. EFQM Excellence model. 13. TQM. New knowledge in QMS.
