Imperfect competition, manner of company in imperfect competition, alternative aims of company. Total balance of market. Market failure. State actuation to microeconomical subjects. National markets’ interactions, European Union (EU) – progress, institutions. Program of inner market building, customs union and business policy. Monetary and tax policy, budget of EU. Problems with EU spreading.
