Motivation Tools

Subject "MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION" deepens and expands the current knowledge and skills of students in the area of influencing people and their work performance.
This course focuses mainly on the following topics: personality psychology, work and organizational psychology. Psychology in personnel management. The working group and team roles and powers. Manager. Time management, planning, delegation. Corporate culture. Psychology of Communication.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Participation on the practice. In the case of non-performance requirements, can be get alternate conditions.
Students have to make examination. Classification is graded on the ECTS grading scale: excellent (90-100 points), very good (80-89 points), good (70-79 points), favourable (60-69 points), satisfactory (50-59 points), unsatisfactory (0-49 points).

Present control is made in practice. Participation is necessary for credit.

Aims

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of basic psychological concept, principles and theories, especially from cognitive and social psychology, interpersonal communication, motivation and personality.
Presentation spreader knowledge of human motivation behavior and action people in economic work. Permit students spread manager skills in area of concrete procedure use to effective fluent of motivation and working action and at flat of personal, team and organization.
Possibility to get skills for example: staying and import of motivation in temperament of human, source of motivation, dynamic of motivation, motive compose , motives conflict and their result, models of motivation and their application for fluent people in economic work. Methods of motivation recognition and stimulation. Digest of stimulation and strategy their purpose use.
Possibility to get especially these skills: self motivation, personal marketing, target of stimulation, create commutation and positive control procedure and leading.
