The defense of home written original academic essay on the topic of legal aspects of research and development including the ethics of research and development according to the student's own choice.

Aims

Familiarization with the legal and ethical regulation of research activities on the Czech and international level.

Acquisition of deep theoretical knowledge of the ethics of research work and scientific work in a broad sense, including a knowledge overview of the legal framework for the functioning of research, development and innovation.
