How to creatively integrate contemporary forms into the heritage of the past, to find new uses for the decaying buildings in industrial zones which are frequently close to the historic centers. The focus will be not only on preservation approaches of post-industrial heritage but as well on programming of the area, models of growth, adaptation and mitigation of such areas to climate change, and social and economic challenges.
