Martial Arts - Kobudo

Japonské válečnické umění. Využívá zbraně, původně zemědělské nářadí. Kobudo patří mezi středně náročné bojové sporty, původně pocházející z japonské Okinawy. Je nutno zvládnout nácvik technik „holou rukou“ a navíc zbraň. Dále se seznámit s etickým kodexem a historií, s principy nutné obrany a první pomoci. Pochopit tělo i mysl. S každou zbraní se cvičí tak, aby byly pochopeny její principy útoku a obrany s jejím maximálním využitím a dopadem. A to nejen v bojových formách.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
Regular attendance with registration in the attendance list, 2 unexcused absences are allowed, apologies orally for absences in advance directly in class or by email in advance, but no later than 24.0 hours after the date of class.
Compensation for missed and unexcused lessons always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other compensation options are in block classes, at CESA courses and sporting events (eg Christmas Games, Sports Day, one-off weekend educational events).
Aims
Implementation in the chosen sport, creating a positive relationship to physical activities. The Kobudo exerciser will be introduced to a number of simple habits, techniques and reflexes. Also with strokes, blocks and kicks, fighting in a confined space and on the ground. The mental and physical fitness of the student is increased in the form of exercises, drills and wrestling. He is also acquainted with carrying and pulling the weapon and its possible use. Kobudo offers an introduction to the original martial art, which is valid even today in a hurry.
