Fitness Aktivity - Zumba Fitness®

CESA-TV-ZUMAcad. year: 2024/2025

A modern dynamic fitness program generally combines elements of aerobic exercise and Latin American dance. It uses the basic steps of salsa, reggaeton, merengue, cumbia and others (in more advanced classes, elements such as belly dancing or tango are involved). The program is based on the principle of interval training, where the brisk part alternates with the slow one, and in this combination there is fat burning and effective shaping of the whole body.
