Massage and Regeneration 2

Subject massage and regeneration II. follows up on the subject of massage and regeneration I. It enables students to expand their knowledge in the field of massage, regeneration and physiotherapy. Course is mainly devoted to practical training of various massage and therapy techniques (see Course syllabus)). Each lesson (120 min.) Is dedicated to one technique, where the student acquires knowledge of the therapy / massage and then learns its basics in practice (students work in pairs). Additional knowledge that is important for the application of massages (such as hygiene and ethics) is part of a short theoretical introduction of each lesson.

• Slippers - required!
• Large towel - required!
• Replacement clothing - recommended (we work with oil and emulsions)
• Small towel - recommended
• personal oil / emulsion - only if you prefer a brand or product or if you have skin hypersensitivity
• Pillow – recommended
• blanket – recommended for winter

COMPLETION OF THE COURSE MASSAGE AND REGENERATION I.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit - Active participation in lessons (attendance records). 2 unexcused absences allowed.

Regular attendance with registration in the attendance list, 2 unexcused absences are allowed, apologies orally for absences in advance directly in class or by email in advance, but no later than 24 hours after the date of class.
Compensation for missed and unexcused hours always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other compensation options are at CESA courses and sporting events (eg Christmas Games, Sports Day, one-off educational events).

Aims

Introduction to various massage and therapeutic techniques and their practical training.
Gain theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of various massage and therapeutic techniques (Eastern and Western medicine).
