- 2. Public construction law, Building Act and its implementing regulations.
- 3. Private construction law, types of construction contracts.
- 4. Rights in rem - possession, ownership, co-ownership.
- 5. Rights in rem - right of superficies, easements.
- 6. Land Registry.
- 7. Conception of water management policy of the Czech Ministry of Agriculture.
- 8. 1998/83/ES and 2000/60/ES directives of the European Parliament and Council.
- 9. Water act, purpose, basic terminology, water management.
- 10. The condition of surface and ground water, water planning.
- 11. Protection of water conditions and water sources, accidents, flood prevention and flood authorities.
