Psychological Seminar of Personality Development and Self-realization

Course supports personality development of trainee. Training is realised by interactive exercises in a small group of trainees. Psychological personality diagnostics is an integral part of the course.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Essay and 100% attendance.
Attendance at 100 percent.

Aims

Personality and selfesteem growth. Development of communication and social competencies. Training of relaxation.
Students write an essay on the subject of "My psychological portrait of personality" at least 5 pages. Tehy summarize lessons learned about their personality and of course shall design a psychological picture of their personality.
