Diploma Thesis

The activity is aimed to working out a final individual Diploma Thesis solving a selected problem from the offer of the Department. The theme of Diploma Thesis is allocated according to the valid academic rules. The activity is evaluated after the submission of the manuscript of the diploma thesis to the supervisor. The evaluation of the diploma thesis is after the defense at the state final examination.

Entry knowledge

A successful defense of the course MPC-SPK - Semestral Project is the prerequisite.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Diploma thesis is evaluated by the committee for final state examinations.
The work of the student on the project is checked in frame of regular individual consultations with the supervisor.

Aims

The aim is to elaborate a Diploma Thesis according to the offer of the Department.
The student should prove the ability to solve the engineering problems on appropriate level. The graduate is able:
- independently develop a technical project,
- write a technical report for the project,
- defend the project.
