Technological projecting and logistic

The aim of the course is to clarify to students of technical fields the ability to implement the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during the course of study into logistic production processes at enterprises (companies).
After completing the course, the student is able to:
- Develop a project and implement technologies based on the principle of Industry 4.0 in the production company.
- Design your own simplified technical solution for technical equipment working on the principle of Industry 4.0 for a manufacturing company.
- Determine the logistics costs of the production company and then reduce them using technology based on the principle of Industry 4.0. Evaluate the life cycle of the production equipment for the model situation.
- Apply SWOT analysis and Saaty's method to evaluate logistics processes in the company.
- Propose 3D printing technology as an alternative for stock creation in the company. Evaluate the mechanical properties of the material for the creation of stocks.
- Propose measures to protect the product from the effects of climatic conditions (against corrosion).
- Use the electronic marketplace as a tool to increase the company's profit.

Final exam:
seminary task - max. 40 points
final exam - max 60 points
The definition of controlled teaching and the method of its implementation are determined by the annually updated decree of the subject guarantor.
Aims
The student of Technological projecting and logistics (NTPL) is able to:
- develop and implement a project of using the software MS Project.
- explain and optimize the logistics business.
- describe ISO 14000, EMAS, related standards and their application in business.
- design innovation and new solutions for production.
- create production projects.
- prepare detailed documentation required for the project, including economic evaluation.
