The course is primarily intended for students who successfully finished HNE1. Students improve their communicative skills in everyday situations, particularly those related to travelling, study or job.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

 Course requirements: regular active attendance in the lessons, written and spoken assignments.

Course evaluation: written semester test and speaking skills.


The content and forms of instruction in the evaluated course are specified by a regulation issued by the lecturer responsible for the course and updated for every academic year.

Aims

The course is focused on general German further developing the skills acquired in HNE1.

General reading and listening comprehension of the standard language. Being able to communicate in everyday situations, present results, give explanation, inform about future plans and intentions, ask for information. Being able to understand and analyze basic texts (reading. comprehension, presentation).
