Nanostructured materials - carbon fibers, nanolayers and nanotubes, bulk magnetic nanomaterials and ultra-fine grained materials. Shape-memory alloys - shape-memory effect and principles of mechatronic actuators. Composite materials - fiber- and particle-reinforced composites and laminates.
