Aims

The aim of the examination is to prove student's knowledge and skills at B2 level with the focus on the vocabulary and skills needed when studying in the English language. The students are expected to use the language as independent users.

A student who successfully passes the 0AZ exam understands the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialization. A successful exam candidate can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.
