Selected Topics in Physics II

The aim of course is to aid students understand and practice selected parts of Physics II. The course is the suplement to the lecture, tutorials and home work.

Entry knowledge

Students are expected to have basic knowledge of mathematics: solving of linear and quadratic equations, vector algebra, derivation, integration, ...

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

At the end of the course, students with more than 60% attendance at lessons will be awarded course-unit credits.
Attendance at lectures is optional but highly recommended.

Aims

The aim of the course is to devolep the thoretical knowledge and the ability to applicate the theory to solve physical problems.
The course develops the knowledge and skills taught in Physics I. Students will learn the definitions of physical quantities, understand and apply physical laws when solving various physical and technical problems.
