The subject is focused on the area of e-business implementation with a focus on modelling, projecting and subsequent strategic management of e-business with an emphasis on security, system concept and current trends for the sustainable development of this area.

Basic competence in the use of information and communication technologies (theoretical and practical). Basic knowledge of economics, management and marketing.
Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
The evaluation of the course consists of two parts - the preparation of the Semester Project focused on the strategic development of electronic business and its subsequent defence and a written exam with an alternative option of an oral examination.Completing the semester project in the prescribed form (according to the specification in e-learning) is also a condition for obtaining credit.The evaluation corresponds to the point classification according to ECTS, while the maximum number of points - 100 is divided among the sub-parts as follows:
A pass rate of at least 50% is required for both parts.In case of an insufficient number of points or the need for a better assessment, an oral examination is possible.
Participation in classes is mandatory in pre-defined terms (specified within the e-learning) related to the review of the processing of the semester project and the completion of partial tasks. Replacement is possible only after agreement with the teacher.
Completion of the course for students with an individual study plan:Terms of credit:Elaboration of the project according to the assignment and its submission with the prescribed documentation according to the instructions in e-learning.Exam conditions:Project defence and oral examination.
