1. Introduction to project management (definition of project management, successful project management advantages of project management, problematic aspects of project management).2. Definition of basic concepts (project, project definition, triple bottom line, definition based on 5 attributes, difference between project and routine).3. Elements of project strategy, project life stages (pre-project, project and post-project).4. Preparation of a project application for funding with a focus on feasibility and opportunity studies.5. Project planning.6. Project success criteria (soft and hard project criteria), stakeholders (primary and secondary stakeholders, stakeholder management).7. Logical framework method (principle, benefits, definition of intent, objective, controllable outputs, key activities, objectively verifiable indicators, verification method and assumptions).8. Project manager (characteristics, skills, competencies and responsibilities in a project).9. Teamwork in the project (basic characteristics of the project team, team roles in the project, project team life stages).10. Project phase (project initiation, project planning, project implementation and project completion).11. Project risk management (risk definition, quantitative risk analysis, qualitative risk analysis, RIPRAN method).12.Post-project phase (project evaluation, evaluation of project benefits)13. New trends in project management (the future of the project manager, agile methods and their use in projects, SCRUM).
