Planning and Building Laws I

Students are offered basic information on the system of the valid rule of law, on the possible legal behaviour of designers employed in design offices, on the fundamentals of building permit procedures, that are needed at work at building authorities.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Basics of building law and administrative law. Rules of administrative procedure resulting from the Buidling Act.

General knowledge of law, special prerequisites are not necessary.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Status chartered architect in light of valid legal regulations.
Basic administrative law and public funds repair.
Choice questions building law - landscape planning, area management.
Choice questions building law - building control, approving officer drive.
Choice questions building law - system building offices, concurrent authorities at drive about constructions.
Antipollution measures in building law and execute recipes.
Protection water atmosphere, nature and landscapes, agricultural and wood soil fund.
Economic competition, public procurement.
Named contract according to civil and business code used in the process of build - up.

Aims

Gaining knowledge of the basics of building law, administrative law,rules of administrative procedures resulting from the Buiding Act, and of valid legal regulations governing the performance of the profession of authorised person.
