Computer technology IX

The semester is divided into two parts. In the introductory - tutorial - part, the students are acquainted with the potential equipment of an architectural office with information technology to be used in a team work on presentation outputs. In practical activity in the studio of architectural design, the students analyse the equipment of a concrete architectural studio, evaluate it and recommend optimisation.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The student gains practical knowldge of the work in architectural studio, related to information technology.

Prerequisites

The student has theoretical and practical knowledge of computer graphics and architectural design.

The aim is to confront the knowledge of information technology (IT equipment of an architectural office) gained by study, with practical experience gained at work in the architectural studio.
